That's All Folks!
Well, I did it! I managed to take a photo every single day for the past year. I started a few days late last year so that's why I have 3 days of 2009 as part of this. Watch for a new blog for my Project 365 2009.
January 3, 2009 Nice weather
At least we came home to warm temperatures. A cold front is on its way though.January 2, 2009 Our fence
The gate was loose before we left and dh tried to secure it the morning we left. We expected that part to be down when we got home but it wasn't...this whole section on the other side was down.January 1, 2009 Happy New Year!
We flew home today, but enjoyed some time in the pool at the hotel before heading to the airport.December 31, 2008 Wiped Out!
Back in Florida on our last night of vacation. The hotel didn't have the roll away that we had requested so the boys ended up sleeping together on the sofa bed...they don't settle down when they're in the same room let alone the same bed. It took quite a while for them to go to sleep.
December 30, 2008 Our luggage
This is our pile of luggage outside our door. We had to put our bags out on our last night so that they could be offloaded once we got back to the port in Florida. The top 2 duffles are full of dirty laundry...we bring the duffles empty just so that we can put all our dirty clothes in them.December 29, 2008 Buried in the sand

One of these days we'll actually get a photo of the 4 of us where everyone is smiling nicely. Not a bad shot though huh?

Day 356 St. Kitts
Our next stop was St. Kitts. We decided to just get off the ship and check out the local shops and craft market. Here are the boys getting "attacked" by the piranas at Pirana Joes.Day 355 St. Maarten
Our first port of call was St. Maarten. We took a water taxi from the pier and did a bit of shopping before stopping at the beach for some fun in the sun.Day 354 Merry Christmas!
The boys participated in a holiday show along with the singers and dancers on the ship. E's group did a dance to a rap song and S's group sang 2 Christmas songs and 1 Hanukkah song. After the performance, the Jolly Ole' Fella made an appearance and all the kids got gifts.
Day 352 Sail Away
First day of our cruise...we went up to the sports deck for sail away...it was super windy so I'm ot posting pictures of us with our hair blowing and our eyelids flapping...LOL. Here are the boys sitting by one of the holes of the mini golf course.
Day 350 First night of Hanukkah
We only celebrated one night of Hanukkah at home and the rest were at sea. The boys got Target gift cards and a DS game from my parents and a Lil Kinz from dh and I.Day 349 Boy on the roof (of a playhouse that is)
In the midst of packing today, some of E's friends (all girls) dropped by and all the kids were goofing in the backyard...including one that "accidentally" fell in the pool. At one point there were 4 kids on the roof of this poor playhouse.
Day 347 Getting ready to pack
Trying not to leave packing for the last minute this year...so here's the beginnings of what I need to pack for myself and the boys (dh packed his own stuff).Day 346 Finished Project
In addition to white chocolate Chex mix and puppy chow, I made the teachers elastic bookmarks with beads and charms. I bought the one in the book above at a craft show and then bought the supplies and made them myself. All the teachers really seemed to like them.
Day 344 Is it worth the trip?
A DD opened nearby today and dh was sweet enough to go buy us a dozen doughnuts while the boys and I were at school.Friday, January 2, 2009
