Day 118 Silly boy

S and I were outside watering our plants and I dared him to jump in the pool...he was in his boxers. Well, he did and thought it was the funniest thing.

Day 116 Boys at play

Day 115 The boy's new board

Trying out his new board in the family room. He wanted to go out and give it a whirl outside, but it was way too windy.

Day 114 DQ Goodness!

There's nothing quite like a chocolate chip banana Blizzard from DQ. Mmmmm good! Of course I'm back on plan today...I have GOT to lose some of these extra pounds.

Day 113 On my walk

Saw this squirming around on the street this morning during my walk. Not sure what kind of snake it is...I just took the picture with my phone and was on my way.

Day 112 First grade field trip

Went with S's class to the science and nature center. My favorite part was the "Dino Dig". Must go back there and take E along...he will dig for hours.

Day 111 Wildflowers

There are wildflowers everywhere around the neighborhood and this is one field (actually the "front" yard of a house) that I pass almost everyday.

Day 110 High in the sky

As I was getting the boys ready for bed tonight, dh called upstairs and told them to look out E's bedroom window. Here's what we saw...pretty cool.

Day 109 A common find

This is a common find in our neighborhood as we live in a golf course community. The boys have quite the collection of stray golf balls. I found this one on my way to pick them up from school.
And this my friends shows what my husband the freak does when there are shoes left out.

Day 108 The Freaky Bridge

I don't drive over this bridge very often (with good reason) because I always get a bit freaked out when I do...maybe because it's so close to the water. So...the boys and I call it the freaky bridge.

Day 107 My New Favorite Corner

We rearranged our patio furniture in the backyard and we added this ensemble. It's now my new favorite place in our yard.

Day 106 Friendly neighbors

Just a few friendly "faces" I passed on my way to big the boys up from school today.

Day 105 Not a good sight

This is what I saw as I drove up to my house yesterday after going for a walk with a friend. AT&T has been out and about repairing/upgrading, but we had no notification that they were going to be tearing things up at our house.

Day 104 My brave boy

S had to have some bloodwork done so he and I fasted together and we went before school. He was so brave. He told me it hurt, but he didn't even make a sound when they did it.

Day 103 From sunburn to tan lines

I didn't really notice until this morning that I had tan lines on my feet from wearing flip flops while working in the yard the other day. Not exactly the best choice for shoes that day because my feet were killing me that night.

Day 102 OUCH!

Well, here's the evidence of my hours out in the sun yesterday. I didn't get much sleep last night because I couldn't really sleep on my back or sides. Here's hoping that tonight will be better (somehow I doubt it though).

Day 101 Everbody's working

Had to get everyone in today...I was behind the camera, but I assure you I did my fair share of work and I have the sore legs and sunburned shoulders and neck to prove it.

Day 101 My favorite tree

I can't remember what type of tree this is, but it is my favorite and it's right outside our bedroom window. 2 weeks ago this tree was completely bare.

Day 100 Carnival fun

The boys' school had its annual spring festival last night and a good time was had by all...well until E decided to leave the group he was with and go off with the troublemaker in his class. Anyway, the first picture is the boys in an old time police car and the second is with the baskets that we won at the raffle. The cooler one was the basket that S's class put together and it's all baseball stuff (that's the one he won) and the other one is a Pamper Me basket that I won and it was the basket that E's class put together. Too funny that we won both of their class baskets.

Day 99 Got bumper stickers

Since the original picture I put up was hard to see I've changed it to the only other picture I took. This van had bumper stickers everywhere.

Day 98 The all in one table

This is just a sample of what my kitchen table looks like most days. Here we have a box of tissue, paperwork to fill out for a drs appointment for S next week, a snack for the boys, E's homework binder, his actual homework, some mail that I was looking through and the cordless phone.

Day 97 This and that

Dh put down some grass seed to try and fill in a section of the side yard and the boys are taking turns watering it. I added the second picture just because. The front office staff at the boys' school requested Oreo truffles again (which I made and will bring in tomorrow) and since I already posted a picture of those I decided to post a picture of the caramel corn I made tonight.

Day 96 A corner of my yard

Day 95 A Beautiful Day!

The boys started out the day by planting some flower seeds. They ended it with their first dip of the year.

The boys went to a birthday party yesterday for one of Ethan's classmates and they had a ball!

S is really into his Tech Deck skateboards lately so he's making himself a skateboard ramp using empty Ritz Bits boxes.
