That would be me in the chair at the orthodontist today. I got my wires tightened and now my front teeth hurt. So...soft food please.

Actually, the young girl in the chair next to me took the picture. The tech that was working on me asked her to do it. I told the tech what I was doing with Project 365 and she thought it was a cool idea.
They don't hurt too much today, but it comes and goes.
Ouch! The pain will be worth it, right?
Chelle...I sure hope so. At first they told me I'd have them on for a year...that year was up almost 3 months ago...LOL.
Hope you get them off very soon. I HATED brace tightening days. Lots of ice water and aspirin back then :(
