This was one of the goodies I made for the teachers and front office staff for the holidays. Since then, one of the Assistant Principals has been asking when I'm bringing more. Well, Ms. M...here they are.

Those look so good!
They are so simple.
Package of cream cheese, softened
Package of oreo cookies crushed (I did it in my food processor)
Mix the cream cheese and oreos together and refrigerate for a couple of hours (I left them in the fridge overnight)
Roll "dough" into balls and dip in melted chocolate (I used the Wilton melting disks)
Refrigerator until chocolate is set.
This batch was regular oreos with milk chocolate. I've also used mint oreos with white chocolate. I like the white chocolate/mint ones better, but that's not what was requested this time...LOL.
