I miss those good old storms ;)
It's the lightning that scares the you know what out of us. There are at least 8 homes in our immediate area that have been struck. Last spring it was the house right next door.
Wow, I would have never thought to have a 'safe place' like that. We actually had a storm come through where lightning hit a tree and caught the tree on fire and subsequently caught the house next to the tree on fire. Glad yall weathered the storm okay.
