For those that "know" me and are members of my mommy board you will know how much this for sale sign means to us. The house nextdoor is finally for sale. The family has not been there for about a year as they moved to FL for work. But, the house sat full of all of their stuff and they had people here and there living there, taking care of the place. Day 178 FOR SALE!
